a luxury for some, a necessity for all - Chelsea Niava (@higher.veda) and Rin Eadie (@rin.eadie) are inspired to ask: how rich is your rest?

taking into consideration the weight of our ancestors’ unrecognized labour, as children of the diaspora, we contemplate and reconsider the value of rest for us all.

do we devote enough time to rest? do we make space in our lives to tune in, ground, and recharge? do we choose to honour ourselves and our need for rest?
